It’s a Currituck, Dare, Hyde and Tyrrell County program designed to promote and educate seafood lovers about the numerous advantages of requesting what’s in season and locally caught. For our commercial fishermen, fishing is a hard day’s work getting even harder with increasing regulations. But it’s also our heritage and means everything to the working watermen and local economy.
