April Monthly Mingle

Well, it's slipped up on me again and I apologize for the late notice ... but we're having our April Monthly Mingle tomorrow (April 9) at Coastal Provisions.

Sand -- you play in it, you stroll on it, you make castles out of it, you spread our beach towels on it, but what do you really know about it? Did you know that you're holding a mountain in your hand when you hold sand from our Outer Banks beaches? And did you realize that you'll find different sand (colors, sizes, source material, etc.) on different beaches everywhere?

Come discover the world of sand with Terri Kirby Hathaway, marine education specialist for North Carolina Sea Grant, as she shares sand samples from around the world. Join us on Wednesday, April 9 to learn more about sand than you ever imagined!

Please RSVP by sending an email to obxgreendrinks@gmail.com so we know how many people will be joining us. Feel free to come a little early and enjoy some of Coastal Provisions' wonderful dining options!
